Abstract:	تبرز هذه الدراسة اهمية استكشاف المفهوم المعاصر الذي اصبح يتداول بشكل واسع مؤخرا، وهو مفهوم وتأثير الإدارة الإلكترونية على الأداء المالي ويقتصر الهدف الرئيسي من الدراسة على تقديم إطار النظري يحدد ويعرف مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالإدارة الإلكترونية على الأداء المالي ومؤشرات تقييمية ، كما تتناول الدراسة العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين للإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء المالي.
Description:	This study underscores the significance of exploring the contemporary and increasingly prevalent concept of electronic management and its influence on financial performance. The primary objective is to establish a theoretical framework that defines and elucidates various concepts related to electronic management and its effect on financial performance, along with the indicators used for its assessment. Furthermore, the study examines the relationship between the two variables—electronic management and financial performance. The empirical component investigates how electronic management contributes to enhancing and improving the efficiency of financial performance by analyzing the opinions of a sample of employees from the Public Treasury in Tiaret Province. This analysis employs a questionnaire processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and various statistical methods. The findings reveal a positive correlation between electronic management and the financial performance of the Public Treasury under study
