| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي، من خلال دراسة حالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري- وكالة تيارت. تناولت الدراسة في جانبها النظري مفاهيم إدارة المعرفة، نماذجها، عملياا، وأهميتها في دعم اتخاذ القرار ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية. كما تم التطرق إلى مفهوم الأداء المؤسسي، أبعاده، وطرق تقييمه التقليدية والحديثة، خصوصاً بطاقة الأداء المتوازن. أما في الجانب التطبيقي، فقد استُخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، بالاعتماد على استبيان موجّه إلى موظفي البنك وتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين تطبيق ممارسات إدارة المعرفة وتحسن أداء البنك، لا سيما في ما يتعلق بالكفاءة التشغيلية، رضا الزبائن، والتعلم التنظيمي واختتمت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات، أبرزها ضرورة تعزيز البنية التحتية التكنولوجية وتكثيف التكوين والتدريب على تقنيات إدارة المعرفة. |
| Description: | This study aims to highlight the role of knowledge management in enhancing organizational performance, through a case study of the External Bank of Algeria- Tiaret Branch. The theoretical part of the study addressed the concepts of knowledge management, its models, processes, and its importance in supporting in supporting decisions, and both traditional and modern evaluation methods, especially the Balanced Scorecard. On the practical side, the study adopted the descriptive- analytical approach and the case study method, replying on a questionnaire directed to the bank’s employees an data analysis using SPSS software. The results revealed a positive relationship between the implementation of knowledge management practices and the improvement of the bank’s performance, particularly in terms of operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and organizational learning. The study concluded with several recommendations, most notably the need to strengthen the technological infrastructure and intensify training on knowledge management techniques |
