dc.description	This study aims to examine the energy transition and its role in achieving sustainable development, through a comparative analysis of the cases of Algeria and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve this objective, the research adopts a descriptive approach to establish the theoretical foundations related to the energy transition, sustainable development, and the dynamic relationship between them. In addition, an analytical approach is employed to study the energy policies adopted by both countries, including the strategies, programs, and legal and institutional frameworks supporting the transition, as well as their implications for sustainable development indicators.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة التحول الطاقوي ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وذلك من خلال تحليل مقارن بين حالتي الجزائر والمملكة العربية السعودية. لبلوغ هدف البحث، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي لتأصيل المفاهيم النظرية المرتبطة بالتحول الطاقوي والتنمية المستدامة والعلاقة التفاعلية بينهما، إلى جانب المنهج التحليلي الذي أُستخدم في دراسة السياسات الطاقوية المعتمدة في كل من الجزائر والسعودية، وكذا البرامج والإستراتيجيات والأطر القانونية والمؤسساتية الداعمة للتحول الطاقوي ، وتحليل انعكاساتها على مؤش ارت التنمية المستدامة.	en_US
