| Résumé: | جاءت فكرة موضوع هذه الدراسة في سياق التوجهات الرسمية للدولة الجزائريـــة الراهنة نحو اختيار رؤية تنموية متمحورة حول ريادة الأعمال والـمؤسسات الناشئة، وأيضا التمويل الإسلامي والصيرفة الإسلامية وغيرها، حيث ركزت هذه الدراسة على فكرة تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة من أموال صندو ق الزكاة على أساس أنه التمويل الأكثر ملاءمة . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على مختلف العناصر التي قد تعرقل تطبيق فكرة تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة من أموال صندوق الزكاة، حيث تمت الإستعانة بعينة متكونة من 22 شخص وقمنا بدراسة تحليلة لصندوق الزكاة لولاية تيارت وأبرزالتحديات التي تواجهه في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة. |
| Description: | The idea for this study came in the context of the current official Algerian state's orientation toward adopting a development vision centered on entrepreneurship and startups, as well as Islamic finance, Islamic banking, and others. This study focused on the idea of financing startups from Zakat Fund funds, based on the premise that this is the most appropriate financing option. This study aims to shed light on the various factors that may hinder the implementation of the idea of financing startups from Zakat Fund funds. A sample of 22 individuals was recruited, and we conducted an analytical study of the Zakat Fund in the state of Tiaret and the most prominent challenges it faces in financing startups. |
