| Abstract: | تتناول هذه الدراسة الموسومة بالقيادة العسكرية لبلج بن بشر القشيري و دوره في استقرار الشاميين في الأندلس خلال الفترة الحرجة التي أعقبت ثورة البربر عام 123ه/741م. وصل بلج بن بشر إلى الأندلس مع جند الشام بعد هزيمتهم في المغرب، و استُدعي لمواجهة تمرد البربر، كما استغل الأوضاع المضطربة بها و تولى الحكم بعد قتل الوالي عبد الملك بن قطن الفهري. رغم نجاحه في قمع بعض الثورات، إلاَّ أن سياسته القائمة على القوة و العصبية القبلية أدت إلى اشتعال صراعات داخلية حادة بين الشاميين و العرب البلديين. تخلص الدراسة إلى أن تجربة بلج بن بشر تمثل نموذجاً لفشل القيادة العسكرية القائمة على العصبية في تحقيق الاستقرار الحقيقي |
| Description: | This study addresses the military leadership of BaljIbnBishr Al-Qushayri and his role in stabilizing the Syrians in al-Andalus during the critical period following the Berber revolt in 123ah-741ad. BaljIbnBishr arrived in Al-Andalus with the Levantine troops after their defeat in morocco and was summoned to confront the Berber revolts. He took advantage of the tumultuous conditions and assumed power after killing the governor Abed Al-Malik IbnQattan. Despite his success in suppressing some revolts, his policies based on force and tribalism led to intense internal conflicts between the Levantines and the local Arabs. The study concludes that the experience of BaljIbnBishr represents a model of the failure of military leadership based on tribalism to achieve true stability. |
