dc.description	The current study aimed to reveal differences in the level of emotional work among health sector workers, specifically to reveal differences between a sample of doctors and nurses. The study sample consisted of (49) workers in the health sector, including doctors and nurses, so that the number of doctors was (28) and (21) nurses. The comparative descriptive approach was used, through which the emotional work questionnaire prepared by the two researchers was applied, and its psychometric properties were confirmed	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الفروق في مستوى العمل الانفعالي لدى عمال قطاع الصحة وبالتحديد الكشف عن الفروق بين عينة من الأطباء والممرضين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 94 ) عامل في قطاع الصحة من أطباء وممرضين، بحيث بلغ عدد الأطباء ( 82 ) طبيب، والممرضين ( 82 ) ممرض.تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المقارن، تم تطبيق من خلاله استبيان العمل الانفعالي من إعداد الباحثتين تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية	en_US
