It has adopted an expansionary spending policy using various forms of expenditure through the implementation of public expenditure programs during the period 2000-2016, The study concluded that the reality of the areas of social development in terms of health, education and unemployment has improved to a certain level, but that the latter was modest compared with what was allocated Its overpriced, and overflowing This is due to the weakness of the mechanisms of rationalization of public expenditure. dc.description.abstract	لقد عززت الجزائر اهتمامها بالتنمية الاجتماعية مؤخرا كونها تساهم في ضمان مستوى حياة أفضل لأفرادها و بالتالي دفع الاقتصاد الوطني ، حيث انتهجت سياسة انفاقية توسعية مستخدمة في ذلك أوجه الانفاق المختلفة، من خلال تنفيذها برامج الانفاق العام، مستغلة في ذلك الانفراج المالي الذي عرفته نتيجة تحسن العوائد النفطية ، ومن خلال تتبع مسار السياسة الانفاقية في الجزائر في الفترة 2000-2016، قد خلصت الدراسة الى ان واقع مجالات التنمية الاجتماعية من صحة وتعليم وبطالة، شهد تحسن الى مستوى معين، الا ان هذا الأخير كان متواضعا مقارنة مع ماخصص له من مبالغ، ويعود ذلك الى ضعف آليات ترشيد الانفاق العام ، ويبقى هذا التحسس رهينة بقطاع المحروقات وتأثره بكل أزمة بترولية.	en_US
