dc.description	This study aims to shed light on the quality of industrial products, in addition to addressing the most important element in this study, namely knowledge capital. The idea was to rely on knowledge capital as a strategy to improve the quality of industrial products instead of relying on tangible assets; knowledge money is rare and difficult. Among the recommendations recommended by the study is to strengthen the capabilities and capabilities of the employees of institution and the commitment of the managers of these institutions to take care of knowledge, As a brick capital knowledge, in additions to work to attract as many as possible of this assets and work to maintain them	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تستهدف هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على المنتجات الصناعية من حيث جودتها، بالإضافة إلى التطرق إلى أهم عنصر في هذه الدراسة ألا وهو رأس المال المعرفي إذ تكمن الفكرة في الاعتماد على رأس المال المعرفي كإستراتيجية لتحسين جودة المنتجات الصناعية بدلا من الاعتماد على الأصول الملموسة فقط، باعتبار رأس المال المعرفي نادر و صعب التقليد. و من بين ما أوصت به هذه الدراسة تدعيم قدرات و طاقات و معارف العاملين للمؤسسة و ذلك من خلال التزام مدراء هذه المؤسسات بالاهتمام بالمعرفة باعتبارها ركيزة رأس المال المعرفي، بالإضافة إلى ذلك العمل على استقطاب أكبر قدر ممكن من هذه الأصول و العمل على المحافظة عليها	en_US
