dc.description	Algeria has strengthened its interest in social development recently, as it contributes to ensuring a better standard of life for its people, as it has adopted an expansionary spending policy that uses different aspects of spending, through implementing public spending programs that aim to push the development wheel and raise the performance of the national economy, and through Tracking the path of spending policy in Algeria in the period 2001-2019 The study found that the reality of the areas of social development in terms of health, education and unemployment improved to a certain level.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	لقد عززت الجزائر اهتمامها بالتنمية الاجتماعية مؤخرا كونها تساهم في ضمان مستوى حياة أفضل لأفرادها ، حيث انتهجت سياسة إنفاقية توسعية مستخدمة في ذلك أوجه الإنفاق المختلفة،من خلال تنفيذها برامج الإنفاق العام التي كان الهدف من ورائها الدفع بالعجلة التنموية والرفع من أداء الاقتصاد الوطني، ومن خلال تتبع مسار السياسة الإنفاقية في الجزائر في الفترة 2001-2019، قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع مجالات التنمية الاجتماعية من صحة، تعليم وبطالة قد شهد تحسن إلى مستوى معين.	en_US
