dc.description	This study aims to highli the importance of information technology and its role in achieving organizational creativity in the organization, enhancing communication between all the functions of the institution and covering its needs. Modern institutions have become fully aware that there is no way for them to progress, growth and realize continuity except through creativity and create a creative environment for individuals and give them opportunities and incentives to provide the best. Through this, we have come to the conclusion that the use of information technology in the field of running the functions of the institution leads to an important characteristic, which is the profit of time, as organizational creativity contributes to improving the organization's services, which benefits the organization and the individual, and this is what we tried to show in the Algerian Telecom Corporation in Tiaret.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز أهمية تكنولوجيا المعلومات ودورها في تحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي في المؤسسة وتعزيز التواصل بين جميع وظائف المؤسسة وتغطية احتياجاتها فقد أصبحت المؤسسات الحديثة مدركة تماما انه لا سبيل لها للتقدم والنمو والاستمرارية إلا عن طريق الإبداع وتهيئة البيئة الإبداعية للأفراد ومنحهم الفرص والتحفيزات لتقديم الأفضل . ومن خلال هذا فإننا توصلنا إلى أن استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مجال تسيير وظائف المؤسسة يؤدي إلى خاصية مهمة وهي ربح الوقت كما يساهم الإبداع التنظيمي في تحسين خدمات التنظيم مما يعود بالنفع على المؤسسة والفرد ، وهذا ماحاولنا اظهاره في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بتيارت.	en_US
