dc.description	The objective of studying the subject of formation and human resources training and its role on librarians in keeping pace with the new activities of the topics concerned with developing professional performance in various scientific field, of libraries and information, and this impact on the librarian is to identify the reality of formation and training ,which are considered the two most import ant worlds for the advancement of the human element.In the field of developing the efficiency of workers in documentary institutions and information institutions, they are two essential elements of the profession of libraries and information, given the development of the profession and this requirements and keeping pace with modern plagiarism and dealing with the use of modern technologies in circulation, which forced the librarian to keep pace with these activities and the consequent renewal and challenges in the use of several methods and systems and the tool that the librarian deals with ,and then there is an urgent need to use technology to raise the level of the librarian’s specialist and raise it in the conduct of their tasks with ease without any escalation ,by following the fields of formation and training in keeping with modern activities .	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن الهدف من دراسة موضوع التكوین والتدریب الموارد البشریة ودوره على المكتبیین في مواكبة الأنشطة المستحدثة من الموضوعات المعنیة بتطویر الأداء المهني في مختلف المجالات العلمیة بالخصوص في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات، وأثره على المكتبي هو الوقوف على واقع التكوین والتدریب الذین یعتبران أهم عالمین للنهوض بالعنصر البشري في مجال تطویر كفاءة العاملین بالمؤسسات الوثائقیة ومؤسسات المعلومات، فهما عنصرین أساسیین لمهنة المكتبات والمعلومات، نظار لتطور المهنة ومتطلباتها ومواكبة الأنشطة الحدیثة والتعامل مع استخدام التقنیات الحدیثة المتداولة ، مما أجبرت أخصائي المكتبات على مواكبة هذه الأنشطة وما یترتب عنها من تجدید وتحدیث في استخدام عدة طرق وأسالیب ونظم وأدوات التي یتعامل بها المكتبي ، ومن ثم تصبح الحاجة الملحة إلى استخدام التكنولوجیا لرفع من أداء مستوى أخصائي المكتبات وارتقائها في تسییر مهامها بكل سهولة دون أي صعوبات ، وذلك بإتباع مبادئ التكوین والتدریب في مواكبتها للأنشطة الحدیثة .	en_US
