dc.description	This study aimed to reveal the work stress and its relationship to the achievement motivation among the employees of Al-Sugar primary school. To achieve the objectives of the study and by using the descriptive approach, we applied the occupational stress questionnaire, which showed a low alpha stability coefficient of 0.30, and the achievement motivation scale showed the stability value of alpha 0.74 on a sample of 80 respondents distributed over four educational institutions in the municipality of Sougar Tiaret. By extracting the results of the study, we reached the following: The contribution of each of the social support in predicting the motivation for achievement, with an estimated value of 0.38, with a significance value of 0.001. Résumé Cette étude visait à révéler le stress au travail et sa relation avec la motivation de réussite chez les employés de l'école primaire Al-Sugar. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude et en utilisant l'approche descriptive, nous avons appliqué le questionnaire sur le stress professionnel, qui a montré un faible coefficient de stabilité alpha de 0,30, et l'échelle de motivation à l'accomplissement a montré la valeur de stabilité d'alpha 0,74 sur un échantillon de 80 répondants répartis sur quatre établissements d'enseignement de la commune de Sougar Tiaret. En extrayant les résultats de l'étude, nous sommes parvenus à ce qui suit : La contribution de chacun des soutiens sociaux dans la prédiction de la motivation pour la réussite, avec une valeur estimée de 0,38, avec une valeur de signification de 0,001.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن ضغوط العمل وعلاقتها بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى موظفي مدرسة الابتدائية السوقر. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي قمنا بتطبيق استبيان ضغوط المهنية وقد ابان على معامل الثبات الفا منخفض قدره 0.03 ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز اظهر قيمة ثبات الف 0.74 0 على عينة مكونة من 80 مبحوث موزعين على أربع مؤسسات تربوية لبلدية السوقر تيارت.وباستخلاص نتائج الدراسة توصلنا الى ما يلي: مساهمة كل من الدعم الاجتماعي في التنبؤ بالدافعية للإنجاز بالقيمة المقدرة ب 0.38 بقيمة دلالة 0.001	en_US
