dc.description	the studuy has aimed to know the supported leadership type of the headmasters if the middle school and the point of the teachers and his relationship with their directions to ward to teaching A sample of studuy has been formed by 70 teachers (28 males / 42 femals ) the related professional method has been too used two arguments have been applied The first one was about the leadership types and the second one was about the direction of teachers towards to teaching After being certain from the sychronitriques characteristics( truth and stability) in addition to the statestiques styles that has been represented in barson s faction and the medium arthimical and the critenon curruption After the statestique analysics the results have represented as : There is a relation ship linked between the leadership types and the teachers directions toward to teaching	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على انماط القيادة لدى مديري التعليم المتوسط من وجهة نظر الاساتذة و علاقتها باتجاهاتهم هحو التدريس ، عينة الدراسة من (70) استاذ (28 ذكورا ، 42 اناث ) التعليم المتوسط ، و ثم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي ، كما تم تطبيق استبيانين نحو التدريس . و ذلك بعد التاكد من خصائصها السيكومترية (الصدق و الثبات ) اضافة الى الاساليب الاحصائية و التي تمثلت في مكعامل الارتباط بيرسون و المتوسط الحسابي و الانحراف المعياري و عليه اسفرت النتائج الدراية بعد التحليل الاحصائي	en_US
