| Description: | This study aims to shed light on startup, financing alternatives, and support mechanisms for these institutions, as well as their role in achieving local development dimensions. The study was applied to the northwestern region of Algeria.To answer the research question: To what extent can start-ups contribute to achieving local development? And what is the reality of development in northwestern Algeria? To answer the questions and test the hypotheses, we used the descriptive approach in the research by extrapolating the latest studies and reports related to the subject.As well as the analytical approach to analyze the structure of the study using structural equation modeling (SEM PLS) using Smart-PLS 4 and SPSS. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is the necessity of financial support for startups through modern financing alternatives available in various decentralized support and financing structures in several regions in Algeria, One of the most prominent outcomes of SEM PLS is that start-ups have strong and positive impact on archieving the economic,social and environemental, diemensions of local develepement. |
