dc.description	The labor market is considered one of the most prominent markets that has received great attention since ancient times, as this market addresses several aspects, including economic, social and political aspects. This study aims to understand the factors that affect the market situation, such as labor supply and demand. Our study dealt with a theoretical aspect about the nature of the labor market, supply and demand for it. We also touched on the reality of the labor market in Algeria during the period 2000-2022. We also conducted a standard study of the labor supply and demand functions to identify the variables that affect them. Through our study, we concluded that there is a direct relationship between the size of the wage bill and labor supply, such that if the wage bill increases, the labor supply increases, and also a direct relationship between the size of investment and labor demand, where if the size of investment increases, the demand for labor increases.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يعتبر سوق العمل من ابرز الأسواق التي حظيت باهتمام كبيرمنذ القدم حيث يعالج هذا السوق عدة نواحي منها الإقتصادية و الإجتماعية و السياسية بحيث تهدف هذه الدراسة الى فهم العوامل التي تؤثر على حالة السوق مثل عرض العمل و الطلب عليه .حيث تناولت دراستنا جانب نظري حول ماهية سوق العمل و العرض و الطلب عليه ،كما تطرقنا بعد ذلك الى واقع سوق العمل في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000-2023)، كما قمنا بدراسة قياسية لدالتي العرض و الطلب على العمل لمعرفة المتغيرات التي تؤثر فيها ،و من خلال دراستنا توصلنا الى وجود علاقة طردية بين حجم الكتلة الأجرية و عرض العمل بحيث اذا زادت الكتلة الأجرية زاد معها عرض العمل، و ايضا علاقة طردية بين حجم الإستثمار و الطلب على العمل حيث اذا زاد حجم الإستثمار زاد الطلب على العمل .	en_US
