| Résumé: | يتضح من هذه الدراسة أن العصر الإمبراطوري الثاني شكل محطة مفصلية في تاريخ المغرب القديم، إذ عرف تحولات سياسية واقتصادية عميقة أسهمت في تفكك البنية الاستعمارية الرومانية، كما أن تصاعد حركات المقاومة المحلية التي تجلت في تمردات قوية زعزعت أركان الحكم الروماني، مما عجل بانفصال تدريجي عن السلطة الرومانية. لم تكن هذه التحولات مجرد أحداث ظرفية، بل مثلت بداية تشكل وعي سياسي جديد ومسار حضاري مستقل، حيث برز المغرب ككيان يسعى لاستعادة قراره وتحديد مصيره خارج إطار التبعية، وهكذا وقف المغرب القديم على أعتاب مرحلة جديدة ستتسم بتغيرات عميقة على يد قوى جديدة كالوندال ثم البيزنطيين |
| Description: | This study demonstrates that the Later Roman Empire represented a crucial period in the history of ancient Maghreb. It was marked by profound political and economic transformations that led to the disintegration of Roman imperial structures. Furthermore, the rise of local resistance movements, manifested in powerful uprisings, destabilized Roman rule, hastening a gradual separation from Roman authority. These transformations were not merely circumstantial events but rather the beginning of a new political awareness and an independent civilizational trajectory. Ancient Maghreb emerged as an entity striving to reclaim its decision-making power and define its own destiny beyond dependency. Thus, ancient Maghreb stood on the threshold of a new phase characterized by significant changes brought about by new forces, such as the Vandals and the Byzantines |
