dc.description.abstract	تبرز الدراسة العلاقة بين نمط المسكن والتمايز الاجتماعي في الوسط الحضري، موضحة كيف أن التوزيع السكاني حسب نمطية المسكن (فيلا، شقق، أحياء شعبية...) يعكس التراتب الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، كما تكشف عن دور سياسيات التخطيط الحضري، والمسكن في تعزيز أو تقليص الفوارق بين الفئات الاجتماعية داخل مدينة تيارت. يعكس نّمط المسكن في الوسط الحضري أشكال التمايز الاجتماعي، حيث تختلف الأحياء من الجودّة، البنية التحتية، والخدمات المتوفرة؛ تسهم هذه الفوارق في تكريس المكانة الاقتصادية والثقافية بين الطبقات الاجتماعية، كما يعكس المسكن المكانة الاقتصادية والثقافية للسكان داخل المدينة. وكشفت الدراسة الحالية من خلال الجانب النظري والميداني في توضيح أنّ التمايز الاجتماعي بين الأفراد بالوسط الحضري بمدينة تيارت، ونمط المسكن مرتبط بثلاث عناصر منها التصميم الهندسي والمعماري للمسكن، مساحة المسكن وتموقع المسكن بالحي.	en_US
