dc.description	This study addresses the development of digital collections in university libraries at the Central Library of Ibn Khaldoun University in Tiaret. This study addresses the modern procedures and technologies for developing digital collections and the policies adopted for supplying digital library materials. The study aims to identify the reality of supplying digital information resources through electronic acquisition, examine emerging technologies, and examine the impact of digital transformation. The study concluded that the development of digital collections requires a budget and needs analysis, following a policy, principles, and standards, and expanding its development and keeping pace with technological developments	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناول هذه الدراسة موضوع تنمية وتطوير المجموعات الرقمية في المكتبات الجامعية بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة ابن خلدون – تيارت- ما يتعلق بالإجراءات والتقنيات الحديثة لتنمية المجموعات الرقمية والسياسة المتخذة في عملية تزويد المواد المكتبة الرقمية، تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تزويد الرصيد المعلوماتي الرقمي بالاقتناء الالكتروني والاطلاع على التقنيات المستحدثة ومدى تأثر التحول الرقمي. الخروج بنتائج الدراسة أن تنمية المجموعات الرقمية يجب تحديد الميزانية وتحليل احتياجات باتباع سياسة وأسس ومعايير، حيث اتسع إلى تطويرها ومواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية	en_US
