dc.description	The research entitled "The role of information and communication technology in improving the educational process: E-Learning (Moodle) as a model," aims to identify the role of information technology in achieving quality higher education in algerian universities, particularly among students. This is achieved through the use of applications to support open learning processes on the digital platform Moodle, especially during times of emergency pandemics (such as the COVID-19 pandemic). This has led to the integration of the traditional education sector with advanced technologies, relying on electronic platforms that contribute to the distance learning process. however, the problem arises in how information technology is used, its role in improving the educational process, and how students use electronic platforms	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يهدف البحث الموسوم:" دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال في تحسين العملية التعليمية: التعليم الالكتروني Moodle نموذجا"، إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي بالجامعة الجزائرية، خاصة لدى ( الطلبة) وذلك من خلال استخدام تطبيقات لدعم سيرورة التعليم المفتوح على الأرضية الرقمية Moodle خاصة في زمن الجوائح الطارئه (جائحة كورونا)، هذا ما أدى إلى دمج قطاع التعليم التقليدي مع التقنيات التكنولوجية المتطورة معتمدة على المنصات الإلكترونية التي تسهم في عملية التعليم عن بعد، إلا أن الإشكال يبرز في كيفية استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ودورها في تحسين العملية التعليمة وكذا كيفية استخدام المنصات الإلكترونية من قبل الطلبة. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الجامعية لا زالت تعتمد على التعليم الحضوري إضافة إلى التعليم عن بعد معتمدة على ( المنصات الالكترونية ) لتحسين العملية التعليمية وتفعيل عملية التعلم عن بعد	en_US
