| Résumé: | تناولت الدراسة حماية البيئة من الأخطار الكبرى التي تسبب كوارث للبيئة والممتلكات وتصنف الاخطار الكبرى الى اخطار كبرى ذات مصدر طبيعي واخطار كبرى ذات مصدر ناجم عن النشاط البشري، وبينت الدراسة الاهتمام العالمي بالحد من الأخطار الكبرى، من خلال التنظيمات المكرسة على المستوى الدولي والاقليمي والوطني والمحلي للحد من الأخطار الكبرى. |
| Description: | The study dealt with the protection of the environment from major dangers that cause disasters to the environment and proprety ,and major dangers are classified into major dangers of a natural source and major dangers of a source resulting from human activity. The study showed global interest in reducing major dangers,though dedicated regulations at the international and regional levels . National and local to reduce major dangers ,as well as organizations related to their effective role in contributing to protecting the environment from major dangers ,and this is through international agreements and conferences .The study dealt with the preventive measures applied to major dangers in the field of construction and reconstruction in areas exposed to the dangers of earthquakes ,floods and fires ,as well as the preventive measures applied to industrial facilities the cause great danger resulting from pollution and radiation,and the preventive measures applied to protect human , animal and plant health, including measures dedicated to confronting the danger of large human gatherings ,and preventive measures against biological. During the study , the must important deterrent measures were monitored against violators,and the necessary measures were taken to prevent damage and raise awareness in order to clarify the role of proprety due to torrential floods ,earthquakes , locusts; drought and other major dangers . |
