dc.description	The study addressed the most important international monitoring means in the field of combating corruption as a transnational crime with a negative impact on the global and human society in terms of conventional mechanisms and the international equation related to combating corruption globally or regionally, whether through official international institutions like the International Criminal Court and the International Monetary Fund, or unofficially through civil society organizations at the international level specialized in combating corruption, with the most prominent being Transparency International. dc.description.abstract	تطرقت الدراسة إلى بيان أهم من وسائل الدولية المتابعة في مجال مكافحة الفساد باعتباره جريمة عالمية عابرة تمع الدولي والإنساني كافة من حيث الوسائل الاتفاقية وابرام المعادلة الدولية المتعلقة بمكافحة الفساد على المستوى العالمي أو على المستوى الإقليمي أو من حيث المؤسسات الدولية الرسمية كالينيك الدولي والصندوق الدولي وغير الرسمية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني على مستوى الدولي ذات الانشطة المتخصصة في مجال مكافحة الفساد وأهمها منظمة الشفافية الدولية وكذلك من حيث الاستراتيجية والتعاون الدولي في مجال مكافحة الفساد.	en_US
