dc.description	The issue of financial control over financial management is a sensitive topic and of great importance. Verifying the legality and regularity of financial operations is one of the basic tasks of public financial control, and Algeria, as a country on the path to development, must employ all the capabilities and oversight bodies it has. Through this study, we conclude that the regulatory mechanisms introduced in Algeria have not yet achieved their ambitions and their goals are specific, and the reason for this is the failure to address the shortcomings and difficulties that stand in their way	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن موضوع الرقابة المالية على التسيير المالي موضوع حساس وعلى جانب كبير من الهمية فالتحقق من المشروعية ونظامية العمليات المالية هي من المهام الساسية للرقابة المالية العامة، والجزائر كبلد سائر في طریق النمو يجب أن تشتغل كل إمكانيات وهيئات الرقابية الموجودة لديها. ونستنتج من خلال هذه الدراسة أن الليات الرقابية المبتعة في الجزائر لم تصل بعد إلى تحقيق طموحاتها موجودة وأهدافها محددة، والسبب لذلك هو عدم معالجة النقائص والصعوبات التي تقف في طریقها.	en_US
