dc.description	The mobile phone has revolutionized the field of communications through a range of technologies and services available to users. However, this development has brought about various negative impacts, both on health and social aspects, such as the deterioration of public morals. Despite its contributions to the spread and proliferation of numerous crimes that resulted from behaviors and actions previously considered normal by some, the evolution and advancements in mobile phones in recent years have made them one of the most widely used electronic devices. This is due to the many features introduced by telecommunications companies by integrating information technology and providing internet services, making the mobile phone a miniature computer. Consequently, this has given rise to crimes of an electronic nature. With the increasing danger and the emergence of crimes, legislation has yet to take a firm stance on criminalizing this means of committing crimes. This study aims to examine various criminal acts committed using mobile phones, including crimes against individuals, property crimes, and state security crimes, whether they take traditional or electronic forms. We also reviewed the measures taken by European and Arab legislations to combat this type of crime resulting from the use of mobile phones	en_US
