dc.description	One of the most important electronic means used in settling payments is electronic clearing, which all banks have hastened to follow, instead of the traditional set- off, to keep up with technological developments in the financial banking industry, and to seek to raise the efficiency of banking performance.This research aims to introduce the system of electronic clearing and to discuss its importance, and its images, ATCI RTGS, supported by a field study at the National Bank of Algeria BNAA To evaluate the banking practices of the electronic clearing process, by highlighting how the mechanism and accounting processes the most important means of payment in banks, namely checks, transfers, bills of exchange, and by extracting a number of obstacles and difficulties that the electronic clearing process is hampered	en_US
dc.description.abstract	من أهم الوسائط الالكترونية المستخدمة في تسوية المدفوعات المقاصة الالكترونية التي سارعت كافة البنوك إلى انتهاجها و اللجوء إليها بدلا من المقاصة التقليدية لمواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية في مجال الصناعة البنكية المالية و من اجل السعي وراء رفع كفاءة الأداء البنكي.يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بنظام المقاصة الالكترونية و التطرق إلى أهميتها ،و صورها ATCI RTGS ، وقد تم دعمها بدراسة ميدانية في البنك الوطني الجزائري BNA ،وتقييم الممارسات البنكية لعملية المقاصة الالكترونية ،من خلال تسليط الضوء على كيفية المعالجة الآلية و المحاسبية لأهم وسائل الدفع المتداولة في البنوك وهي الشيكات، التحويلات، الكمبيالة وكذا استخلاص جملة من المعوقات و الصعوبات التي تتعثر بسببها عملية المقاصة الالكترونية	en_US
