dc.description	The study aimed at the importance of using technical analysis on rational investment decisions in securities, which mainly aims to determine the appropriate price levels for buying or selling, that is, the possibility of evaluating stocks, relying on charts and technical indicators, the most prominent of which are candlesticks charts, relative strength index and moving averages. To achieve the objective of the study, a case study was conducted on a group of economic institutions of some Arab countries in the stock market through the guidance of a group of investors, where they made purchases and sales during the study period under the supervision and follow-up of researchers and the study concluded that the investment was economically feasible with other investment opportunities and the results showed the effectiveness of technical analysis in rationalizing investment decisions	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى أهمية استخدام التحليل الفني على قرارات الاستثمار الرشيد في الأوراق المالية، والذي يهدف بشكل رئيسي إلى تحديد المستويات السعرية المناسبة للشراء أو البيع، أي إمكانية تقييم الأسهم، وذلك بالاعتماد على الخرائط والمؤشرات الفنية التي من أبرزها الشموع البيانية ومؤشر القوة النسبية والمتوسطات المتحركة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إجراء دراسة حالة على مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية لبعض الدول العربية في سوق الأوراق المالية عبر توجيه مجموعة من المستثمرين، حيث قاموا بعمليات الشراء والبيع خلال فترة الدراسة وذلك تحت إشراف ومتابعة الباحثين وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ الاستثمار كان مجديا اقتصاديا بفرص الاستثمار الأخرى وأظهرت النتائج فعالية التحليل الفني في ترشيد القرارات الاستثمارية	en_US
