dc.description.abstract	استهدفت الدراسة الوقوف على تأثير ادارة المخاطر المالية على اداء البنوك التجارية. تستخدم مختلف البنوك التجارية العالمية بعض الطرق الإحصائية الحديثة و المساعدة على اتخاذ القرار، والتي حققت نتائج جد مشجعة. لكن و للحكم على نشاط البنك خلال الدورة المالية لابد من خضوعه لعملية مراقبة لغرض التأكد من صحة الإدارة المالية ولفهم طبيعة المخاطر التي تواجهها والسيطرة عليها أدرجت لجنة بازل إدارة المخاطر كأحد المحاور الهامة لتحديد الملاءة المصرفية ، وتماشيا مع هذا بدأت البنوك في انتهاج سياسات لإدارة واستحداث قطاعات متخصصة يكون هدفها التحكم في درجات المخاطرة التي تتعرض لها أعمال البنك.	en_US
