dc.description	The aim of this study is to shed light on the digitization of human resource management in the Public Enterprise of Urban and Suburban Transportation in Tiaret. In the first chapter, we discussed various concepts and fundamentals of digital transformation and human resource management, in addition to its digitization. As for the second chapter, we focused on a case study on the impact of digitization on human resource management in the Public Enterprise of Urban and Suburban Transportation (ETUS Tiaret), along with evaluating the implementation of digitization in this organization using the interview tool. The results indicated that digitization is a new alternative that reconsiders previous administrative practices of organizations and transitions to virtual connections, which improves response speed and enhances efficiency in management and various institutions during service delivery.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على رقمنة إدارة الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري والشبه الحضري بتيارت، حيث تناولنا في الفصل الأول مختلف مفاهيم واساسيات التحول الرقمي وإدارة الموارد البشرية بالإضافة الى رقمتنها. اما الفصل الثاني تطرقنا فيه الى دراسة حالة (أثر الرقمنة على إدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة العمومية للنقل الحضري والشبه الحضري ETUS Tiaret) بالإضافة الى تقيم تطبيق الرقمنة في هذه المؤسسة باستخدام أداة المقابلة وتوصلت النتائج الى ان الرقمنة هي البديل الجديد الذي يعيد النظر في الممارسات الإدارية السابقة للمؤسسات، والتحول للروابط الافتراضية بما يحسن من سرعة الاستجابة ويزيد من الفعالية لدى الإدارة ومختلف المؤسسات اثناء تأدية خدماتها	en_US
