dc.description	Tax is an important cost that incurred periodically and mandatory by the companies and that can create additional costs and fines, if the companies do not follow the regulations and procedures, which requires a tax management by internal or external parties. This paper explores the role of reducing tax burden in the companies through a case study of a certified tax consulter in the Jijel city. Our results confirm the need of including the tax factor in decision-making by leading and managing companies’ choices and both charge and tax risks, in order to achieve tax abundance, maintain the financial position of the company, and increase its value.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر الضريبة من أبرز التكاليف التي تتحملها المؤسسة دوريا و بصفة إجبارية، و التي يمكن أن تخلق تكاليف و غرامات إضافية إذا لم تتبع المؤسسة النصوص و الإجراءات الجبائية المعمول بها، إذ يجب متابعتها و تسييرها بما يلائم أهداف و مصلحة المؤسسة من خلال الاستعانة بأطراف داخلية أو خارجية و عليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرف الدور الذي تلعبه الاستشارة الجبائية في التقليل من العبء الجبائي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، و من أجل ذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية بمكتب مستشار جبائي معتمد بولاية جيجل، و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إدراج الاستشارة الجبائية في صناعة القرار من خلا ل التدخل في مختلف نشاطات و وضائف المؤسسة و توجيه اختياراتها و تخفيض كلا من العبء و الخطر الجبائي و ذلك للمحافظة على مركزها المالي و تحقيق وفرات ضريبية و زيادة قيمتها	en_US
