dc.description.abstract	تعتبر الإدارة الإلكترونية من بين الضروبات في الحياة الإدارية فقد ساهمت بشكل كبير في تجسيد معاني الشفافية والتخفيف من الاجراءات التي أتعبت المواطن ، كما ساهمت في التقليل من البيروقراطية وتعسف الادارة، وهذا النوع من الادارة ليس وليد الصدفة بل هونتاج لاصلاحات عميقة عرفتها المنظومة الادارية على الصعيد العالمي بالدرجة الأولى وعلى المستوى الوطني كدرجة ثانية ، وبالتالي استفادت جميع القطاعات من هذه الخدمة	en_US
