dc.description	In our study of the subject, we dealt with the memorandum entitled Politics of the Governor-General "Jules Cambon" in Algeria and its repercussions (1891-1897 AD), so the Governor-General "Julie Cambon" was recognized as one of the French rulers in Algeria, appointed during the period of the Third French Republic in the period between (1891 AD -1897 AD), succeeding Governor-General "Louis Tirman", so that Governor-General Jules Cambon adopted a policy of his own by imposing a set of laws and decrees during his reign, which included all fields such as: administration, religious education and even in The field of forests.... etc., aimed at the policy of expansion and strengthening the influence of the French settlers in Algeria. His policy resulted in negative consequences and repercussions for the Algerians, represented in emigration, impoverishment and starvation of the Algerians, Christianization, and the expansion of settlement.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولنا في دراستنا للموضوع المذكرة العنونة بالسياسة الحاكم العام " جولي كامبون Jules Cambon " في الجزائر وانعكاساتها (1891-1897 م)، فتم التعرف الحاكم العام " جولي كامبون " أحد الحكام الفرنسية بالج ا زئر، عين في فترة الجمهورية الفرنسية الثالثة في الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1891م- 1897 م، خلفا للحاكم العام "لويس تيرمان" Louis Tirman ،بحيث اعتمد حاكم العام Jules Cambon سياسة خاصة به من خلال فرضه لمجموعة من القوانين والمراسيم في فترة حكمه، التي شملت كل الميادين مثل: إدارة، التعليم الدين وحتى في مجال الغابات....إلخ، الهادفة لسياسة التوسع وتقوية نفوذ المستوطنين الفرنسين في الجزائر. ولقد ترتبت عن سياسته نتائج وانعكاسات سلبية على الجزائريين، تمثلت في الهجرة وافقار الجزائريين وتجوعيهم والتنصير، وتوسيع الاستطاني	en_US
