http://dspace.univ-tiaret.dz:80/handle/123456789/3590 اعلام و اتصال Tue, 07 Apr 2026 18:43:39 GMT 2026-04-07T18:43:39Z http://dspace.univ-tiaret.dz:80/handle/123456789/16459 Titre: تأثير التحسين اللغوي على ايصال المعلومة في المراسلات الادارية Auteur(s): جاب الله, نصيرة; قانة, سمية; قداري, وهيبة Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين التحسين اللغوي ودقة المعلومة في المراسلات الإدارية، من خلال التركيز على دور اللغة السليمة والواضحة في نقل المعاني والمضامين بدقة وفعالية داخل البيئة المؤسساتية. وتتمحور الإشكالية الأساسية حول مدى مساهمة التحسين اللغوي في ضمان دقة المعلومات المتداولة عبر المراسلات الإدارية، وما إذا كان مستوى الصياغة اللغوية يؤثر فعلاً على فعالية الاتصال الإداري وجودته. وقد انطلقت الدراسة من فرضية مفادها أن تحسين اللغة في المراسلات الإدارية يسهم في زيادة وضوحها، ويعزز الثقة والمهنية في العلاقة بين الموظفين والإدارات. ومن أجل التحقق من هذه الفرضية، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالاستناد إلى تحليل محتوى عدد من المراسلات الصادرة عن مديرية التربية لولاية تيارت، في إطار دراسة ميدانية تطبيقية. أفضت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المراسلات الإدارية المحررة بلغة سليمة ومحكمة – من حيث البناء اللغوي، القواعد النحوية، والوضوح الدلالي – تحقق فعالية أكبر، سواء من حيث سرعة الاستجابة أو دقة تنفيذ مضمونها. كما خلُصت إلى أن تحسين الصياغة يقلل من حالات الغموض، ويحدّ من الحاجة إلى إعادة التوضيح أو إرسال مراسلات تكميلية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز كفاءة الموظفين في مهارات الكتابة الإدارية، والحرص على إدراج الصياغات اللغوية الدقيقة، وتحديث أساليب تحرير المراسلات بما يتماشى مع معايير الدقة والوضوح اللغوي Description: This study aims to analyze the relationship between linguistic refinement and the accuracy of information in administrative correspondence, with a focus on the role of correct and clear language in conveying meanings and content precisely and effectively within institutional environments. The central issue revolves around the extent to which linguistic enhancement contributes to ensuring the accuracy of information transmitted through administrative correspondence, and whether the level of linguistic formulation truly affects the effectiveness and quality of administrative communication. The study is based on the hypothesis that improving the language used in administrative correspondence increases its clarity and enhances trust and professionalism in the relationship between employees and administrative bodies. To verify this hypothesis, a descriptive-analytical methodology was adopted, relying on content analysis of a number of correspondences issued by the Directorate of Education in the Wilaya of Tiaret, within the framework of an applied field study. The study concluded that administrative correspondences written in correct and refined language—in terms of linguistic structure, grammatical rules, and semantic clarity—achieve greater effectiveness, both in terms of prompt responses and accurate implementation of their content. It also found that improved formulation reduces ambiguity and minimizes the need for clarification or supplementary correspondence. The study recommends enhancing employees’ skills in administrative writing, incorporating precise linguistic formulations, and updating correspondence practices to align with standards of linguistic accuracy and clarity. Description: Communication skills represent one of the most important pillars on which institutions rely to ensure performance efficiency and the achievement of their set objectives. They are among the critical factors contributing to the success of the communication process within the institution of Algérie Télécom -Tiaret. In this study, we adopted the case study approach. To achieve the objectives of the research, we selected a sample of 30 individuals from different departments and sections of the institution. We used a questionnaire as our main data collection tool. The study revealed a set of findings, most notably that communication skills have a significant impact on the communication process. In particular, listening skills were found to be fundamental for the success of internal communication among employees at Algérie Télécom. Furthermore, meeting management skills greatly contribute to improving work performance by employing speaking skills and managing dialogue effectively. We also proposed several recommendations to enhance communication skills and the communication process, in a way that supports a cooperative work environment within Algérie Télécom -Tiaret. Wed, 02 Jul 2025 00:00:00 GMT http://dspace.univ-tiaret.dz:80/handle/123456789/16458 2025-07-02T00:00:00Z http://dspace.univ-tiaret.dz:80/handle/123456789/16457 Titre: الاتصال النقابي وتحسين جودة العمل في المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية Auteur(s): باهي, نسرين Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على واقع الاتصال النقابي داخل المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية، ودوره في تحسين جودة العمل، من خلال دراسة ميدانية تم تطبيقها على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، وأعضاء من النقابة الوطنية لعمال التربية بولاية تيارت. ويأتي هذا البحث انطلاقا من الإشكالية التالية" ما هو الدور الذي يمكن ان يمارسه الاتصال النقابي في تحسين جودة العمل داخل المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية؟، والتي تفرعت عنها عدة تساؤلات فرعية. وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام اداتين أساسيتين هما: الاستبيان موجه الى عينة من 60 أستاذا، والمقابلة من 10 أعضاء من النقابة. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان الاتصال النقابي يعد أداة فعالة في نقل انشغالات الأساتذة وتحقيق جزء من مطالبهم وأن له دورا مباشرا في تحسين بيئة العمل وجودتها، بالرغم من وجود بعض العراقيل مثل ضعف التكوين الاتصالي وقلة استخدام الوسائل الرقمية الحديثة. وانتهت بجملة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة تكوين النقابيين في مجال الاتصال، وتبني استراتيجيات حديثة في التفاعل مع الإدارة، وتكثيف استخدام الاعلام الرقمي في النشاط النقابي Description: This study seeks to shed light on the reality of union communication within Algerian educational institutions, and its role in improving the quality of work, through a field study applied to a sample of secondary education teachers, and members of the National Union of Education Workers in Tiaret. This research is based on the following question What is the role that union communication can play in improving the quality of work within Algerian educational institutions? The research focused on a case study of followers of the Facebook page "Green Algeria," and was guided by the central research question: To what extent does the "Green Algeria" Facebook page contribute to promoting environmental awareness among its followers? To achieve the research objectives and gain comprehensive insights, the study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing the online questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. A total of 155 respondents participated in the electronic survey. The findings indicate that electronic media campaigns play a vital role in the current digital communication era due to their capacity to reach a broader audience and raise awareness. The effective and consistent use of the Facebook platform by "Green Algeria" has proven instrumental in sensitizing and educating followers on environmental issues. Moreover, such campaigns contribute to cultivating positive environmental behavior and promoting a culture of sustainability through strategic digital engagement.
