http://dspace.univ-tiaret.dz:80/handle/123456789/3586 علم المكتبات Tue, 07 Apr 2026 17:54:49 GMT 2026-04-07T17:54:49Z http://dspace.univ-tiaret.dz:80/handle/123456789/16485 Titre: استخدام تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية ودورها في تعزيز التعليم الإلكتروني بالجامعة - دراسة ميدانية على طلبة علم المكتبات بجامعة ابن خلدون- تيارت Auteur(s): غانيم, رضا Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى محاولة معرفة واقع وتحديات استخدام تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية في التعليم الإلكتروني بالجامعة وتعزيز دوره المؤثر وذلك بوصف متغيراتها المتداخلة والربط بينها وفهم ابعادها المتعلقة بالبحث العلمي، وبغية التوصل الى نتائج جيدة اتبعت في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لفهم العلاقة بين مستوى استخدام التطبيقات التعليمية ومدى مساهمتها في التحصيل العلمي الاكاديمي للطلبة بالجامعة، وقد قسمت الدراسة الى فصل تمهيدي تكلمت فيه عن اطار الدراسة ومنهجيتها وثلاثة فصول نظرية، تناولت في الفصل الأول ماهية الهواتف الذكية واثار استخدامها، وفي الفصل الثاني تحدثت عن ماهية التعليم الالكتروني بالجامعة، وفي الفصل الثالث تناولت فيه استخدام تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية في التعليم الإلكتروني بالجامعة، اما الفصل الرابع فقد خصص للدراسة الميدانية التي أجريت على طلبة علم المكتبات بقسم الاعلام والاتصال وعلم المكتبات بجامعة ابن خلدون-تيارت، و من خلال توزيع استبيان الكتروني والاجابة عنه من طرف الطلبة تم تحليل البيانات والمعلومات فتوصلت الى مجموعة من النتائج التي أظهرت الدور الفعال الذي يلعبه التعليم الإلكتروني بالجامعة ودعمه في ظل استخدام تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية وفقا لما تفرضه الضرورة الملحة لمواكبة التطورات ومسايرة التكنولوجيا والوقوف عند اهتمامات الطلبة وميولاتهم ورغباتهم من اجل تعلم مهارات البحث لكسب المعرفة بأسهل الطرق رغم بعض التحديات التي تسبب لهم الاحباط في محاولة الحصول على المعلومة. Description: This study aims to try to understand the reality and challenges of using smartphone applications in e-learning at the University and enhance its influential role by describing its interrelated variables and linking them and understanding their dimensions related to scientific research, and in order to achieve good results, the descriptive analytical approach was followed in this study to understand the relationship between the level of use of educational applications and the extent of their contribution to the academic academic achievement of students at the University, the study was divided into an introductory chapter in which I talked about the study framework and methodology and three theoretical chapters, in the first chapter dealt with what smartphones are and the effects of their use, and in the first chapter the second talked about what e-learning is at the University، In the third chapter, I dealt with the use of smartphone applications in e-learning at the University, while the fourth chapter was devoted to the field study conducted on library science students at the Department of media, communication and library science at Ibn Khaldun University-Tiaret, and through the distribution of an electronic questionnaire and the answer from the students, the data and information were analyzed, and came to a set of results that showed the effective role played by e-education at the University and its support in light of the use of smart phone applications in accordance with the urgent need to keep abreast of developments and keep abreast of technology and stand at the interests, inclinations and desires of students in order to learn research skills to earn Knowledge is the easiest way, despite some challenges that cause them frustration in trying to get information. The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of the department in terms of document management and administration, and its impact on administrative procedures and guidelines within the institution. In addition, it seeks to measure governance indicators and standards and the extent of compliance with them through the principles of oversight, transparency, participation, accountability, and information disclosure and their implementation. To complete the study, we relied on a questionnaire tool to evaluate and measure the actual and objective existence of the foundations and criteria on which governance is based. Additionally, we utilized the statistical analysis program (SPSS 22) to process the data and study information. The study concluded that there is an actual and genuine existence of governance through the practice of basic principles and commitment to their application within the institution by disclosing information clearly and making it available transparently, contributing to the strengthening of internal oversight that improves administrative and organizational performance, and clearly and publicly involving the principle of participation for everyone. Description: This study aims to highlight digital book marketing and the role of intermediaries in developing the cultural industry. It also identifies the main challenges faced by book stakeholders, including readers, authors, and publishers. Within the framework of start-up initiatives and in line with Decision No. 008 amending Decision 75-12, we proposed a practical model for a digital platform that brings together all book stakeholders and facilitates communication through the services it offers. In conclusion, the study recommends that publishers and authors shift from traditional methods to digital practices by making use of such platforms to better reach readers. Description: The study aims to analyze the reality of archive digitization in public and private institutions, focusing on the Tiaret State Archive Center as a case study. It adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing interviews and field observations. The findings reveal that the motivations for digitization include improving administrative performance and facilitating access to information. However, the center faces challenges such as insufficient financial resources, lack of software, and inadequate training. Currently, no software is in use, hindering the digital transformation process. Paper documents are accumulated in poor condition, and equipment is limited. The study concludes that there is theoretical awareness of the importance of digitization, but practical implementation is nearly nonexistent. It recommends allocating a budget, training personnel, and establishing a legal framework. The experience could be generalized if successful locally.
