Description: This article examines the extent to which the Arab educational systemcan build a civic culture in the light of its philosophy and its local Arab culture. This is what is meant by the "identity culture" that many Arab scholars wonder about, especially in educational and political sociology. Firstly, the civil impact that the educational system may have in terms of principles, ideals, feelings, sensations ... as a basis for achieving a culture of identity in society. On the other hand, the second question: What are the effects of the identity output on the Arab educational system, have they resulted in a solution to the problem of identity?
