Description: Amid the scientific and knowledge revolutions; states headed to the application of new educational mechanisms that have the capacity to build an educational system based on the quality of the outputs of higher education. The concept of quality in higher education emerged as a result of the mounting criticism of the low quality of higher education and the high quantity of its outputs, as well as the global competition between the institutions of higher education in the era of globalization. Thus deployed several criteria to achieve quality programs of higher education, which is the highest goal of the institutions. This study aims to search in the subject of the achievement in quality of higher education in Algeria through the adoption of a new system LMD, which in turn seeks to integrate the educational system in the globalization of education, where the study seeks to attempt to identify the state of quality of the application of LMD system in Algeria. We Concluded the research by addressing the challenges facing the system of higher education in Algeria in the midst of the efforts being made by the State to give the educational system a strong impetus through the achievement of quality and the adoption of a new system LMD to cope with global developments in the systems of higher education and to adapt at with them.
