The third goal is formulated for reviewing the most important classifications which tried to collect the important clinical appearances of dysgraphia. In order to prove these goals, the researcher adopted a bibliographic and descriptive method by presenting and analyzing the most important theories and models that attempted to explain dysgraphia. Description: The objective of this study is: youth and values in light of social transformation and communication technology reveal the prevailing value system among the students of the Algerian University in its perceived and realistic picture, in an attempt to explore the constant and variable current in the values of students according to the abstract and actual behavioral perception in the context of the process of social change in Algerian society, Thus, to determine the extent of the disparity between perception and behavior among a group of 400 first year master students, belonging to the universities of Tiaret Relizan, Saida, applied the Abdellatif Khalifa Value Paradox Scale. The following two questions have been raised: 01. Is there a difference between values as perceived by university students and values as they actually practice them? 02 - Does the sex of the university student determine the size of the disparity between the two values of the perceived and realistic? These questios were tested through statistical analysis of data obtained in the field, represented by a set of statistical methods, through the application of the program (SPSS) such as iterations, arithmetic and theoretical averages, standard deviations, weighted average and relative weight Finally, this treatment has the following results: 01 - There is a discrepancy between values as perceived by university students and values as they actually practice. 02 - There is no difference (value paradox) between the perceived values and real values attributed to the sex variable except the value of material gain, it was more important in females than males.
