Dans ce cadre, l’étalement urbain des grandes villes vers les villes satellites représente un développement des surfaces urbanisées en périphérie de la ville arrivant parfois à ce qu’on appelle la conurbation urbaine. Ainsi cet article met la lumière sur ce phénomène d’étalement urbain entre la ville d’Annaba et El-Bouni, un parfait exemple qui illustre toute les mutations inhérentes aux mécanismes d’étalement. Description: The contemporary city in the Mediterranean region is undergoing profound changes. This implies the need to acquire innovative instruments that adapt to new challenges and different ways of thinking and acting for a new urbanism. In this context, the urban sprawl from big cities to satellite cities represents a development of urbanized surfaces on the outskirts of the city sometimes arriving at what is called the urban conurbation.
