Description: The emergence of the electronic publishing as a mechanism to provide an electronic pillar For the intellectual production , and the short coming of legal provisions to provide the effective protection had led the rights holders to create their own technical measures as a preventive protection for the an electronic pillar rights published online to protect from being abused.
